- Lead and manage a team of 3-5 skilled workers
- Directly liaise with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
- Oversee assigned projects onsite, from inception to completion
- Exemplify a strong work ethic, and minimize phone usage during working hours
- Engage in tasks including cleaning, demolition, and adaptability to varying environments
- Punctuality and consistent attendance are a must
- Cultivate a positive working attitude and promote teamwork and safety
- Operate tools and equipment, including shovels, brooms, wheelbarrows, etc.
- Document project progress with photos and detailed notes
- Proven experience in team leadership
- Expertise in Radon Testing and Mitigation
- Proficiency in Concrete Basement Waterproofing
- Foundation and Basement Repair expertise
- Crawl Space Repair knowledge
